HEAVEN IS A LITTLE MORE HAPPIER

JOSH'S GRANDMA PASSED WAY FRIDAY NIGHT, I GOT A CALL FROM JOSH A LITTLE AROUND 4:00 SAYING GRANDMA WAS IN THE HOSPITAL AND THEY SAID SHE WAS NOT GOING TO MAKE IT, WE HEADED OVER TO COTTONWOOD HOSPITAL, MOST OF ALL THE GRANDCHILDREN WAS THERE JOSH AND I WHERE ONE OF THE LAST TO GET THERE, SHE KEEP ASKING JOSH'S DAD NOW WHO ARE WE WAITING FOR. JOSH'S SISTER AND HER HUSBAND SAID EVERY TIME SOME ONE WALKED IN HER HEART RATE WOULD GO UP.THE LAST YEAR HER HEART HAS NOT BEEN GOOD. I WILL NEVER FORGET THAT NIGHT I STILL CAN'T, WHEN WE WHERE DRIVING OVER I ALREADY STARTED TO CRY, I THOUGHT NOT GOOD, WHEN WE WALKED IN THE ROOM I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES JOSH GRANDMA DID NOT LOOK OR ACT LIKE SHE WAS DYING, WHEN WE WALKED IN SHE SAID HI JOSH AND EMILEE SHE GAVE ME THE BEST COMPLIMENT, SHE TOLD JOSH AND I HAVE NEVER HEARD YOU SING STILL, SHE WAS LAUGHING, SMILING. A LOT OF US WAS CRYING BUT WE LAUGHED AS WELL. JOSH GRANDMA HAD TEN KIDS, GRANDPA OLIVER DIED AT A REALLY YOUNG AGE, SHE RAISED MOST OF THE CHILDREN ON HER OWN, SHE LATER REMARRIED YEARS AGO BUT SHE WAS VERY FRUGAL WITH MONEY, SHE LOVED TO GO TO GARAGE SALES, AND THE DI BUT SHE WAS THE MOST CLASSY LADY YOU WOULD EVER MEET, ALWAYS DRESSED SO WELL, SHE ALWAYS HAD A SMILE ON HER FACE AND HER LAUGH, SHE WAS THE BEST COOK, JOSH AT THANKSGIVING WOULD LOAD HIS PLATE WITH 4 BIG PLATES OF HER MASH POTATOES AND GRAVY, SHE CAME TO ALL ZAK'S BIRTHDAY PARTY'S , ZAK HAS A GREAT LOVE FOR HER AS WELL. I LOVED IT SHE WAS IN OUR STAKE SO WE WOULD SIT OR SEE HER AT STAKE CONFERENCE OR AT ANY STAKE ACTIVITY SHE WAS 88, BUT SHE NEVER LOOKED IT. PEOPLE THAT KNOW HER ALWAYS HAD SOMETHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT HER, SHE WAS SUCH A NEAT PERSON. ZAK KEEP SAYING I NEED TO SEE GREAT GRANDMA BEFORE SHE MEETS JESUS. IN FACT ZAK WAS THE ONLY GREAT GRANDCHILD TO GET TO SAY GOOD BYE TO HER, IN FACT THE NURSES GAVE HIM COOKIES, AND JUICE. THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO LET KIDS 12 AND UNDER IN THE ROOM, WE THANK THE NURSE AND SHE SAID SOME TIMES WE HAVE FEELINGS THAT SOME ONE NEEDS TO BE IN THAT ROOM, SO SHE LET ZAK IN, WE GOT TO GO IN AND SAY OUR GOOD BYES ZAK AS SOON AS WE WALKED IN SAID GRANDMA, GRANDMA I LOVE YOU. IT WAS SO HARD BECAUSE TO ME SHE LOOKED LIKE SHE WAS NOT DYING, THAT TO ME WAS SO HARD, I AM SO GLAD SHE DID NOT HAVE TO SUFFER, I THINK THE LORD BLESSED HER TO GO THIS WAY BECAUSE OF ALL THAT SHE WENT THROUGH WITH ALMOST RAISING TEN KIDS BY HER SELF, AND FOR WHAT A NEAT LADY SHE WAS SERVING OTHERS. I KNOW I WILL MISS THIS SWEET LADY I CALLED HER MY GRANDMA, WE LOVE YOU GRANDMA THE ONLY THING I KEEP THINKING ABOUT THAT NIGHT WAS HER GETTING TO SEE HER SWEET HUSBAND THAT HAD BEEN GONE FOR SO MANY YEAR. I KNOW THAT HAVEN IS A LITTLE MORE HAPPIER NOW, I KNOW SHE WILL STILL BE PERFORMING MORE OF THE LORDS WORK. TELL WE MEET AGAIN!!!
